Experience: Blue Print Reading Previous Assembly Experience Soldering Preferred

We are located in York PA (17406) and primarily build cable assemblies and wire harnesses for military applications.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of cable assembly and wire harness building experience.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

  • Use a tape measure and other measuring devices
  • Understand written work instructions
  • Work with small tools and possess fine motor skills
  • Progress with trainings onto mid to high skill level builds
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Perform physically demanding work, such as using wrenches, vices, etc.
  • Stand and/or sit for duration of shift; bending, twisting, stooping are required at times.
  • Have an eye for detail and quality – be self-motivated and understand that quality is TOP PRIORITY

Training on how operations run will be provided, and our experienced team members are happy to help answer questions. Once fully trained, the candidate will work independently during the day. 

Responsibilities- Build cable assemblies to drawing/ work instructions, install various hardware and components into enclosure.

**Must have reliable transportation to and from work**

Full-time, Monday through Thursday. 6am – 430pm (flexible schedule available; this position is ideal for people with children or who need the opportunity to set their own start time once trained.)
